This role does NOT involve court representation, signing legal documents, or establishing attorney-client privilege under U.S. law. Key Responsibilities • Provide general legal information related to U.S. laws (e.g., business law, contracts, immigration basics, employment law, family law, compliance) • Explain legal procedures, rights, and options without offering jurisdiction-restricted legal advice • Conduct legal research and summarize relevant U.S. statutes, regulations, and case law • Assist clients in understanding forms, filings, and compliance requirements • Maintain accurate consultation logs and time tracking (pay-per-minute model) • Escalate complex or jurisdiction-restricted matters to U.S.-licensed attorneys • Adhere strictly to U.S. legal ethics, confidentiality, and platform policies • Sufficiently train to use our CRM, calling system and billing templates for customers during calls.
